events are often organised to help the costs of these events. Gymnasts are reminded that the more funds raised the less the costs to the individual.
Competition Path
All gymnasts will be invited to take part in the annual Notts Open competition.
Gymnast could compete in Regional (East Midlands) and National (GB) competitions.
The competition path is very complicated and is different for different groups. Competitions will be allocated to individuals as they progress. All gymnasts will have the opportunity to reach their maximum potential. They will naturally progress through each group to attain their potential.
Please try to arrive ten minutes before your session begins and allow ten minutes after each session for admin and de-briefing the gymnasts.
Gymnasts who occasionally cannot make their set training times may make up their hours by attending extra sessions. Please organise this through your group coaches and make sure the coaches are aware.

FEE PAYMENT
The fees for girls, boys and acro squads are payable on the first of each month. Preferably, your fees are to be paid by standing order; alternatively, you may pay by cash or cheque (cheques payable to Notts Gymnastics Academy). All cash payments must be in a marked envelope with your child’s name, discipline (e.g. Acro, Boys, and Girls) and their training group (e.g. D1, or E3 etc.) and then place your payment in the safe, located inside the gym. Standing order forms are available inside the gym via your Child’s coach.
*Please note: Any fees for ALL disciplines not paid within the first week of the month/block will result in the child not being able to train until the fees are up to date*
The Academy does operate a hardship scheme, where if you are unable to pay your child’smfees, we may be able to assist you. To apply for hardship, you must send a letter or email to your head coach in the strictest confidence.
If gymnasts in the competitive squads (acro, boys, and girls) have any siblings in the gym, the child of the lesser price will only pay half fees.
If you have any questions, concerns or problems with paying fees please contact our finance department on
