Adults Drop In
We can’t let the children have all the fun!
Our Adult drop-in sessions mean you can come as often or little as you like. Sessions involve a led warm up, and ‘lines’ (basic floor skills) then free time and access to all the equipment in our fully equipped gym. Our coaches are on hand to assist you, so please do ask them for help with skills you want to work on.
Gymnastics is a great sport to improve strength, flexibility, body awareness and confidence. It provides a good movement foundation for transferring to other sports too. Open to everyone aged 18 or over.
Timetable: Monday and Wednesday, 8.15pm-10.15pm.
Fees:
PAYG - £11.50 per session
You can take advantage of our session bundles or Loyalty Card.
Bundle prices are:
£51.50 for 5 sessions (sessions to be used within 3 months)
£92.50 for 10 sessions (sessions to be used within 3 months)
£165.00 for 20 sessions (sessions to be used within 6 months)
If work or other commitments mean you can't get along as often as you'd like, you can benefit from our Loyalty Card!
Bring your Loyalty Card so you can get it stamped by our coaches for each PAYG session you attend. One stamp each time you pay £11.50. You get your 5th session half price, and your 10th session free!
We can only accept card payments.
British Gymnastics Membership
Proof of British Gymnastics membership will need to be shown on entry in order to train, after tw o'taster' sessions..
