NOTTS CHRISTMAS DISPLAY, Ticket Information & running order
Christmas Display Saturday 13th December 2014 -
Ticket Order Form
To order, please fill in the form below, add payment (cash or cheque), then post in the Academy secure safe just inside the gym main door. Please clearly mark your envelope ‘Display Ticket Order’.
Cheques are preferred for security, payable to Notts Gymnastics Academy. Please write your details on the back. We will advertise when and where tickets can be collected. It is cheaper to order in advance. We will accept orders until the end of Sunday 7th December. Any remaining tickets will be sold at the full price rate (£8, £5, £24) at advertised times/locations and on the day. We can’t guarantee the availability of tickets, so please order to avoid possible disappointment.
Please include a ticket for everyone who needs a seat or space as we cannot exceed the gym capacity. A family/group ticket is available. You must state the number of adults and children attending. Please make sure you know which show your gymnast is performing in before ordering. You don’t need a ticket for a gymnast performing in the Display.
Additional discounts are available if you are attending both shows. Please ask for details before ordering if you wish to claim a discount. If you don’t wish to, please continue to complete your order below.
If you need a space reserved for a wheelchair or pushchair, please let us know. Also contact us if there is someone elderly or infirm in your party who can’t manage the bleachers and needs a chair.
