Experience Sessions (Bookable)

Discipline Experience Days

We run fun and exciting session for those would like to try out the gymnastics and use our state-of-the-art gym.

No gymnastics experience is needed, and sessions are open to both NGA members and non-members. Everyone is welcome

Boys Experience Session for boys aged 5 - 8 years to dive into the world of Men's Artistic Gymnastics and try out equipment they wouldn't usually get to use.

During the session, your son will get hands-on experience with: Pommel, Rings, Parallel Bars and High Bar - plus the thrill of our fast track and trampoline.

 Led by one of our qualified Men's Artistic coaches, the sessions is designed to be fun, engaging and confidence-building, giving boys the freedom to explore new apparatus in a safe and supportive environment.

£16.50 per booking

NGA MAG Summer Performance Camp

Thursday 13th August: 1pm - 5pm & Friday 14th August 10am - 5pm

Pommel workshop and Q&A by World Championship finalist and Team England Commonwealth games member Alex Yolshin-Cash

£150 for both days
