Why Join Notts Gymnastics Academy?
-
At Notts Gymnastics Academy, we're more than just a gymnastics club.
Every week, thousands of children, young people and adults come through our doors to learn new skills, build confidence, achieve their goals and be part of something bigger. The experiences they have are shaped by the people who work here.
That's why we're committed to creating an environment where our team can thrive too.
Whether you're an experienced coach, taking your first steps into the industry, or bringing skills from another sector, we offer opportunities to learn, develop and build a rewarding career within one of the UK's leading gymnastics organisations.
-
We're proud of what we've achieved.
From award-winning coaches and successful performance programmes to thriving community initiatives and industry-leading events, NGA has grown into one of the UK's largest and most respected gymnastics clubs.
But what we're most proud of is our people.
The coaches who inspire confidence in a nervous child taking their first class. The managers who support teams to be their best. The administrators who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. The volunteers, judges and event teams who help create incredible experiences for our members.
Everyone plays a part.
-
We're an ambitious organisation with a strong track record of developing people.
Many of our team members have progressed into leadership roles, specialist coaching positions and broader management opportunities. As we continue to grow, new opportunities continue to emerge.
-
The work we do extends far beyond gymnastics.
Every day, our team helps children develop confidence, resilience and friendships that can last a lifetime. We support families, strengthen communities and create opportunities for people to achieve things they never thought possible.
-
We invest in training, qualifications and professional development, helping our people to continue learning and progressing throughout their careers.
Whether your ambition is to become an expert coach, lead a programme, manage a team or develop new skills outside of coaching, we'll support your journey.
-
We're always looking to improve.
We encourage our team to share ideas, challenge thinking and help shape the future of the organisation. Some of our best initiatives have come directly from colleagues who saw an opportunity to make things better.
Join Our Coaching Team
At Notts Gymnastics Academy, we’re always excited to welcome passionate and dedicated coaches who can help us grow across both participation and performance disciplines. If you're enthusiastic about inspiring gymnasts and contributing to a dynamic coaching environment, we’d love to hear from you.
