Young Leaders Programme

At Notts Gymnastics Academy, we are passionate about developing confident, capable young people both inside and outside the gym. That’s why we are proud to re-launch our Young Leaders Programme - An exciting opportunity for aspiring leaders to develop valuable life skills while taking their first steps into the world of coaching.

Designed for motivated gymnasts, the programme will provide hands-on experience, guidance from our coaching team and opportunities to make a massive contribution to the NGA community. Whether you’re looking to build confidence, develop new skills or gain experience that will support future education and career opportunities, our Young Leaders Programme is the perfect place to start.

What is the Young Leaders Programme?

The Young Leaders programme is designed to help young people develop key leadership qualities through practical and structured volunteering opportunities within our academy. Participants will work alongside our coaching team, support gymnastics and club activities and learn what it takes to inspire, encourage and help others succeed.

This is an opportunity to gain real-world experience in a supportive environment while becoming a positive role model right here at NGA.
