Katy Cuddington​

I began my journey within gymnastics at just 4 years old, and nearly 40 years later, my love affair is still going strong! I’ve known the sport as a gymnast, coach, judge, mentor, tutor, assessor, and parent. I bring over twenty years of professional experience within the sport, with a specific focus on participation and inclusion. I currently work for England Rugby but continue to tutor and assess for both British Gymnastics and UK Coaching.​

I live locally with my family; we are all very active and enjoy a range of sports and activities. All three of my children attend Notts Gymnastics recreationally, showing me first-hand the benefits of their involvement; not just their physical gymnastics proficiency, but also their increased confidence and the variety of friendships they have made too.​

I am excited use my experience to ensure high quality, fully accessible, totally engaging, and safe gymnastics continues to grow and flourish within Notts!
