Nila Bowdler
Gymnastics has been a key part of my life since childhood: From participating as a gymnast myself; volunteering in a recreational club; through my degree (Sport & Exercise Science at Loughborough University); achieving my high-performance coach qualification; working for British Gymnastics and now in a Management role as Academy Director at NGA.
Working with children has also been a consistent theme for me, a core focus and purpose of my work. Beyond gymnastics I spent 3 summers at Camp America during my University years, then later while travelling supported an African orphanage. I now also have 2 young children of my own to keep me challenged and entertained outside of work.
I look forward to bringing a positive mindset along with my unique set of gymnastics specific experiences & skills to support the development and strategic direction of the Academy to make it the best gymnastics club it can be.
