Womens Artistic
Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) is a competitive discipline featuring four apparatus: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Routines require a combination of strength, power, flexibility, balance, precision, and artistic creativity. Through these disciplines, gymnasts improve not just fitness and motor skills, but also resilience, determination, and teamwork - qualities that last a lifetime.
We believe every child deserves the opportunity to discover their potential and our WAG programme provides a safe, structured, and inspiring environment where girls can develop both as athletes and as confident young people. With a proud history of producing champions we nurture gymnasts of all ages and abilities – from first steps on the beam to elite international competition. We are passionate about combining world-class coaching with a supportive environment where every gymnast can shine.

Entry to the Groups
Is by invitation only and is typically for an initial trial period to make sure that the gymnast settles and is in the appropriate group. Satisfactory commitment and progress must be maintained and movement through the groups can be fluid dependant on the progression of the gymnast and the suitability of the group.
