The Downie sisters, Becky & Ellie have both been selected for the GBR High performance national squad plus the GBR Rio 2016 squad.

It's been a week of highs for the Downie family as their mum Helen has married Mark and is now Mrs Helen Giles!

Congratulations to the whole family!

Following Laura's recent success at the British Espoir Championships, she has been selected by British Gymnastics as part of the GBR High performance Junior European Squad.

Congratulations to Laura, Jo Miller and all the coaches that have helped her reach this fantastic achievement.

Laura, who turned 12 day on the day of the all around competition, won the espoir floor title with a score of 13.750. Laura had a 0.1 penalty for a step out of bounds but was still comfortably clear of the three silver medallists who all scored 13.500. Maisie Methuen, Lucy Stanhope & Sarah McKenzie. Laura also qualified for the vault final after finishing 8th in the AA. Laura finished in 7th place in the vault final.

Thank you to everyone who pre-ordered their display tickets. Pre-orders are now closed. 
Please do not post any further orders.

We will be selling tickets directly in the Leisure Centre Cafe, at the following times:

Tuesday 9th December between 6pm and 8:30pm
Thursday 11th December between 5pm and 8:30pm
Friday 12th December between 5 and 8:30pm

Any remaining tickets after the above will be available to buy on the day.  

Tickets are priced at 

Adult £8
Child / Concession £5
Group Ticket (2A + up to 4C) £24

You will also be able to pick up ticket orders at the above times (and on the day). Any orders posted after Saturday morning 
will not be available until Thursday.
